Key Responsibilities:

Requisitos

Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología, Trabajo Social, Desarrollo Local, Ciencias Sociales o afines.
Deseable formación en liderazgo, planificación estratégica o gestión de proyectos.

Experiencia

Mínimo 3 años liderando equipos o coordinando proyectos.
Experiencia en planificación operativa, seguimiento técnico y supervisión de personal.
Coordinación con socios, donantes y gobiernos locales.

Habilidades

Liderazgo, comunicación efectiva y gestión por resultados.
Planificación, monitoreo y evaluación de proyectos sociales.
Manejo de Microsoft 365 y Power BI.
Elaboración de Informes técnicos
Manejo de vehículos 4x4 y licencia vigente
