  • Research and assist in identifying client receipts that could not be identified by the Global Service Center (GSC), escalating unresolved items as appropriate.
  • Post client receipts in SAP once identified.
  • Address accounts receivable concerns and questions via e-mail and phone call within a timely manner.
  • Prepare and provide ad-hoc reports and payment information in response to requests.
  • Balance batch reports to bank credits.
  • Work closely with accounts payable team members as it relates to Trusts and Intercompany transfers.
  • For Trust accounts, open sub-accounts and maintain balances and record interest-bearing escrow accounts monthly.
  • Perform general administrative duties.

  • Customer service oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to interact well with people at all levels of the organization internally and externally by phone, email and in person.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong team player a must.
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment while working within established procedures, controls, and escalation guidelines.
  • Detail oriented, with above average spelling, language and grammar skills.
