  • Weltweite Kundenbetreuung Innendienst in enger & proaktiver Zusammenarbeit mit diversen Abteilungen in mehreren Sprachen (z.B. in Deutsch, Englisch, Französisch)
  • Spediteurenhandling
  • Abwicklung von Kundenaufträgen mittels SAP (Modul SD) inkl. sämtlicher auftragsbezogener Folgeprozesse
  • Stammdateneröffnung- & Überprüfung u.a. mittels etabliertem Prozess
  • Reklamationsbearbeitung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen Stellen
  • Stellvertretungsfunktion für Kollegen/-innen, auch im Extrakostenbereich
  • Dein Wissen, Dein Können, Deine Erfahrung
  • Kaufmännische Grundbildung oder gleichwertige Ausbildung
  • Erfahrungen in vergleichbarer Position in einem Produktionsbetrieb
  • Exportkenntnisse von grossem Vorteil
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse, Französisch und Italienisch von Vorteil
  • Gute allgemeine EDV–Kenntnisse sowie Erfahrung mit SAP R/3 oder ähnlichen ERP-Systemen
  • Proaktive, flexible, selbständige und humorvolle Persönlichkeit mit schneller Auffassungsgabe, hohe Teamfähigkeit und positivem Mindset
  • Organisationstalent
  • Keine Chemiekenntnisse nötig
