This role is a Hybrid Role: Employees are expected to work from our Mississauga office 3 days per week and may work remotely the remaining days

Overview:

The Customer Business Development Coordinator supports the execution and performance of key customer business priorities across Revlon’s retail partners. The role works closely with the Customer Business Development team and cross-functional partners to coordinate promotional programs, product listings, launches, customer requirements and business reporting. This is a highly collaborative role that requires strong organization, attention to detail and proactive follow-through, as well as an interest in understanding how customer needs, retail execution and business performance connect. The Coordinator will have exposure to customer-facing business processes, retail programs, sales and inventory data, and cross-functional planning, providing a strong foundation for continued growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Customer & Promotional Execution

Coordinate promotional and display programs end-to-end, including timelines, submissions, requirements and execution follow-up.

Work closely with CBD, Customer Logistics and cross-functional partners to ensure customer commitments are delivered on time.

Coordinate directly with retail partners as required to clarify requirements, timelines and execution details.

Maintain visibility to key promotional, seasonal and customer deadlines.

Item & Listing Management

Coordinate new item listings, item setup, customer forms and product information changes.

Support reline, renovation and assortment-related submissions and requirements.

Coordinate discontinued-item, return authorization and related documentation.

Maintain accurate customer and item information across required systems and trackers.

Order & Launch Readiness

Monitor launch readiness, product availability and delivery timing against customer commitments.

Flag potential risks and coordinate follow-up cross functionally.

Support resolution of customer execution issues by connecting the appropriate internal partners and maintaining visibility through completion.

Business Performance & Analysis .

Pull and organize POS and non-EDI customer reporting.

Support customer and business performance reviews with reporting and analysis.

Support inventory and forecast analysis, identifying gaps and escalating risks as appropriate.

Support competitive analysis when required

Business Planning & Team Support

Maintain customer trackers, promotional calendars and key business deadlines.

Support joint business planning activities led by the CBD team.

Prepare information and materials for customer meetings, business reviews and internal discussions.

Coordinate follow up across teams to ensure actions and commitments remain visible and on track.

Who you Are:

Post-secondary education plus a minimum of two (2) years recent related experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Strong Excel/data analysis skills and comfort working with sales, inventory and customer data.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Comfortable working cross functionally and following up with multiple stakeholders to drive completion.

Curious, proactive and eager to understand how customer decisions, retail execution and business performance connect.

Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek direction or escalate an issue.

CPG, retail or customer facing experience an asset.

Degree in business management or marketing an asset.

Bilingualism an asset (fr/eng).

The base pay range for this position is C$52,000 - C$56,000/ year; however base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, and vision benefits. Employees are covered by the co-paid basic life insurance policy and short-term disability insurance. Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, healthcare spending accounts, Employee and Family Assistance Program, Health & Fitness Reimbursement etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) and Registered Pension Plan (RPP).

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
