Salary range (but not limited to):

74,800 - 91,400

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous sommes à la recherche d’un rédacteur ou d’une rédactrice anglophone possédant de 3 à 5 années d’expérience pour se joindre à notre studio de création et de marque.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’élaboration de communications destinées à nos clients ainsi que de communications internes, en veillant à ce que chaque message soit cohérent avec notre voix de marque, nos objectifs d’affaires et les besoins de nos différents publics. Ce rôle combine de solides compétences rédactionnelles, une pensée stratégique, la planification des communications et une approche hautement collaborative.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

• •Rédiger et adapter du contenu pour les communications par courriel destinées aux clients, les infolettres et les campagnes marketing.
• •Transformer des briefs en contenus de communication convaincants et engageants.
• •Collaborer avec les designers afin de développer des solutions créatives intégrées où les messages et les éléments visuels se complètent efficacement.
• •Participer aux séances de remue-méninges, aux revues créatives et au développement de campagnes.
• •Appliquer de façon constante les lignes directrices de la marque et les normes relatives au ton de voix dans l’ensemble des communications.
• •Assurer la cohérence des messages entre les campagnes, les différents points de contact avec les clients et les canaux de communication.
• •Collaborer avec les développeurs afin d’assurer l’intégration exacte du contenu dans les communications numériques.
• •Collaborer avec les équipes de marketing et de marque ainsi qu’avec les partenaires d’affaires afin de cerner les mises à jour requises aux messages et de les intégrer au centre des messages clés.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

• •De 3 à 5 années d’expérience en rédaction, création de contenu, communications, marketing, journalisme ou dans un domaine connexe.
• •Un solide portfolio démontrant votre expérience en marketing par courriel, en communications numériques et en rédaction de campagnes.
• •D’excellentes compétences en rédaction, en révision et en correction d’épreuves.
• •La capacité de rédiger pour différents publics tout en maintenant une voix de marque cohérente.
• •De l’expérience dans la création de contenu pour des campagnes par courriel et des communications destinées aux clients.
• •Un grand souci du détail et un engagement envers la qualité.
• •La capacité à gérer simultanément plusieurs projets et échéances.
• •D’excellentes aptitudes en collaboration et en gestion des parties prenantes.
• •De la curiosité, de la créativité et une passion pour les communications efficaces.
• •Bilinguisme (français / anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
• •Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
