Copywriter (FTC) - Monopoly GO!

Scopely is looking for a part time Copywriter to join our Monopoly GO! game team in our Barcelona studio on a hybrid basis (3X week), or remotely within the UK. This is part time, FTC (6 month) role.

What You’ll Do

We’re looking for a part-time Copywriter to join our team and support CRM communications. This role focuses on short-form, UX-driven copy across digital touchpoints, working closely with CRM, Creative, and Product to deliver clear, effective messaging. You will:

Write and iterate on short-form copy for CRM channels, including push notifications, email, and in-game messages

Create UX-focused microcopy for app and desktop experiences

Apply UX writing principles to improve clarity, usability, accessibility, and user understanding

Collaborate with CRM, Creative, Product and Marketing partners to align copy with user journeys and intent

Ensure consistent tone and quality across surfaces while adapting to different contexts

Iterate on copy based on feedback, testing, and performance insights

What We’re Looking For

Native English proficiency with extensive professional experience writing in English

Strong familiarity with UX writing principles; prior experience as a UX Writer is a significant plus

Proven experience with short-form digital content and microcopy (app or web)

Comfortable working within tight character limits and design constraints

Detail-oriented, collaborative, and open to iteration

Able to manage feedback and deliver high-quality copy in a part-time setup

Bonus Points

Experience working with CRM or product teams

Familiarity with A/B testing or data-informed copy optimization

Experience in gaming, mobile apps, or consumer tech
