Your role

Support the end-to-end delivery of Packet Core solutions by executing deployment, integration, validation, migration, and upgrade activities. Working closely with architects, project managers, customers, and support teams, you will ensure Packet Core network elements are successfully deployed, configured, tested, and integrated in line with project requirements and quality standards.

Your tasks

• •Deploy, integrate, and configure Packet Core network elements.
• •Prepare and validate implementation procedures, templates, and technical documentation.
• •Execute system, functional, and acceptance tests.
• •Troubleshoot technical issues and support incident resolution.
• •Perform software upgrades, migration, and feature activation activities.
• •Collaborate with project, customer, and support teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• •Contribute to knowledge sharing, process improvements, and technical documentation.

Your profile

• •Experience with Packet Core deployment, integration, or operations in telecom environments.
• •Strong knowledge of 4G/5G Core Networks and CMM-related technologies, including MME, AMF, NRF, NSSF, SGSN, and related network functions.
• •Understanding of 3GPP standards, telecom architectures, interfaces, and signaling procedures.
• •Experience with software installation, configuration, testing, migration, and upgrade activities.
• •Hands-on experience in troubleshooting, incident management, and technical support.
• •Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and telecom delivery processes.
• •Experience working with MOPs, ATPs, integration procedures, release management, and technical documentation.
• •Knowledge of ticketing and support tools such as Jira or Salesforce.

Experience with cloud-native core networks, automation tools, and multi-vendor telecom environments.
