About this opportunity:

We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to build and scale the Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, and G&A departments in Guatemala. In this role, you will own full-cycle recruiting, drive hiring strategies & partner with company leaders. You'll play a key role in building strong talent pipelines and driving hiring success in a fast-paced environment. You are passionate about building high performing teams and love challenges, have strong business acumen & deliver best-in-class candidate experience.

What you will be doing:

Own end to end hiring from sourcing to offer across a variety of business organizations (Customer Success, Finance, Marketing, G&A, etc.)

Develop and execute recruiting strategies

Map talent and identify companies that have the best talent and are working with in US market

Sourcing, screen and identify top talent

Track and analyze trends and metrics and report on hiring progress to business leadership on a regular cadence

Help identify and recommend scalable changes to our existing recruiting strategies

What you should have:

3+ years of end to end recruiting experience preferably recruiting for tech companies, selling into the US market.

Fluent in conversational and written English

Excellent LinkedIn sourcing and interviewing skills

Thinks like an owner. Takes ownership and initiative

Strong work ethic, high sense of urgency, and ability to deliver results
