Corporate Relations Manager

Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)

CTC: ₹10–15 LPA

Work Days: 6 days/week

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Corporate HR professional to lead recruitment, training, and client engagement for external stakeholders — owning everything from client acquisition and requirement gathering to candidate placement, team management, and revenue delivery.

Responsibilities:

• •Handle entire recruitment, training & placements for the department, managing end-to-end recruitment — sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer closure
• •Plan and execute roadshows to drive outreach and visibility, with travel as required
• •Must generate monthly revenue through business development activities
• •Lead, manage, and guide the team to achieve targets
• •Act as the primary point of contact and represent the organization to clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth
• •Must have prior experience handling corporate clients, proactively connecting with existing and potential clients to identify new business opportunities
• •Understand client hiring needs, job specifications, and required skill sets through detailed needs analysis
• •Conduct regular client visits and meetings to build rapport, and address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
• •Ensure timely closure of client hiring requirements with qualified candidates, and track and report on placement success rates
• •Develop and implement placement strategies, and organize placement drives, campus recruitment events, and industry interactions
• •Identify and gather training needs of clients/partners, develop and evaluate customized training programs, and establish potential partnerships
• •Build and maintain an alumni network through events, networking, and mentorship programs; maintain accurate records and reports on client interactions, placements, and alumni engagement; and conduct market research on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• •Bachelor's/MBA degree in HR, Business, or related field
• •10+ years of experience in corporate relations, with mandatory experience in finance recruitment
• •Proven track record of managing and achieving monthly revenue targets
• •Strong client relationship management and stakeholder handling skills
• •Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership abilities
• •Immediate joiners preferred
