About the role:

As a Manager / Manager II (Band 3), you will be responsible for the leadership of a team or project, driving process improvement, operational excellence and contributing towards broader team strategies. This will be achieved through leading, motivating and coaching a team that is focused on outcomes, being open-minded and embracing change whilst valuing diverse perspectives and channelling a 'can-do' attitude. You will support business and people growth through connecting and collaborating across the business to enable Aztec's future ambitions.

• Key Role Responsibilities:
• •Review the preparation of corporate tax returns, the calculation of tax provisions and the review of tax assessments.

Review subscription tax returns and withholding tax returns.

• •Review tax correspondences.
• •Be a key contact for outside tax advisors and authorities
• •Respond to queries on jurisdictional tax related matters.
• •Maintain appropriate records and the follow up on all filing deadlines related to Aztec's clients' companies.
• •Coordinate between clients and other service providers.
• •Involvement in all jurisdictional tax matters, while supporting the wider tax team and the business development team in proposing for new tax services opportunities.
• •Line manage, coach and support the training needs of the tax team.
