## Deine Aufgaben

  • Optimierung von Fertigungsprozessen im metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe mit Fokus auf Effizienz und Produktivität.
  • Erstellung von Kostenanalysen  und Identifikation von Einsparpotentialen in der Produktion.
  • Technologische Bewertung von Materialien, Fertigungsmethoden und Produktionsverfahren.
  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Maßnahmen  zur Reduzierung der Herstellkosten.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit  mit Einkauf, Produktion und Entwicklungsteams zur Kosten- und Prozessoptimierung.
  • Überwachung von Produktionskennzahlen im Schulterschluss mit dem Controlling und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung.

## Wir freuen uns auf dich, wenn du

  • ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Fertigungstechnik, Maschinenbau oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation hast.
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im metallverarbeitenden Gewerbe und in der Anwendung moderner Fertigungstechnologien vorweisen kannst.
  • Idealerweise über sehr gute Erfahrungen im Bereich Cost Engineering, Cost Analysing oder Kostenoptimierung hast.
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mitbringst.
  • von Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke geprägt bist, um effektiv mit verschiedenen Abteilungen und Partnern zusammenzuarbeiten.
  • über schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und eine Affinität für betriebswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge verfügst.
  • auch hohe Eigeninitiative und Spaß an der Gestaltung neuer Controllingprozesse mitbringst.
  • über Empathie und Kollegialität verfügst.
