Das Team Prozess- und Kostenmanagement der WITTENSTEIN cyber motor GmbH optimiert Produktionsabläufe, wirkt maßgeblich bei der Entstehung von neuen Produkten mit und stellt den effizienten Einsatz von Ressourcen sicher. Durch detaillierte Kostenanalysen und innovative Lösungen trägt der Bereich entscheidend zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit unseres Unternehmens bei.

  • Kostenermittlung und Planung von Arbeitspaketen im Rahmen der Initialisierung von Projekten
  • Ermittlung und Bewertung der Herstellkosten von Einzelteilen und Endprodukten
  • Beratung der Entwicklung im Hinblick auf eine optimale und wirtschaftliche Konstruktion
  • Zielkostenmanagement und Durchführung von Wertstromanalysen
  • Weiterentwicklung des bestehenden Produktentstehungsprozesses

Auf diese Weise leisten Sie einen bedeutenden Beitrag zur Sicherung wesentlicher Entscheidungen.

### Das bringen Sie mit

  • abgeschlossenes Studium der Fachrichtung Industrial Engineering, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, technische Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder Weiterbildung zum Techniker (w/m/d) bzw. eine gleichwertige Qualifikation
  • weitreichende Erfahrung in den Bereichen Projektplanung, Organisation und Berichtswesen
  • fundiertes Fachwissen in Value Engineering, Target Costing, Design to Cost/ Assembly/ Manufacturing
  • Erfahrung im Umfeld mechanischer, zerspanender und mechatronischer Produktion unter Serienbedingungen bei hoher Variantenvielfalt bis hin zu Einzelstücken
  • kommunikationssichere Englischkenntnisse
