Maintain active, proactive communication with supervising Occupational Therapists to report functional progression, adjust treatment strategies, and celebrate milestone recoveries.

Partner with families and caregivers, providing clear instruction on adaptive strategies and safe functional transfer techniques.

Complete point-of-care clinical notes and documentation promptly, keeping the interdisciplinary care team aligned and informed.
