Key Responsibilities

• •Assist customers in selecting plumbing and related products at the sales counter and over the phone.
• •Assist with inventory management, including restocking, labeling, and cycle counts.
• •Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• •Follow all company procedures for order entry, cash handling, and returns.
• •Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked counter area
• •Represent the company professionally and uphold our values in all interactions.

Job Requirements

• •2+ years of experience in plumbing or plumbing supply industry.
• •Friendly, professional, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• •Strong communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships, with a customer-first mindset.
• •Basic computer skills (experience with inventory or POS systems a plus)
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• •Pass pre-employment drug screen, physical and background check
