• About the Role
• As Country Manager of RX Mexico, you will lead the overall strategy, performance, and growth of the Mexico business within a global matrix environment. You will drive sustainable growth, oversee operations, and build high-performing teams while delivering exceptional event experiences aligned to business objectives.

Responsibilities

• •Define and execute the country’s growth strategy, including long-term planning and business expansion
• •Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality event delivery and operational excellence
• •Act as the public face of RX Mexico, building and maintaining key external relationships
• •Drive cross-functional collaboration to enhance efficiency and alignment across teams
• •Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to grow revenue and optimize costs
• •Ensure compliance with legal, ethical, and corporate standards
• •Lead, develop, and engage high-performing teams while fostering an inclusive culture
• •Own full P&L accountability, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth

Requirements

• •Proven experience in a Country Manager, General Manager, or equivalent senior leadership role
• •Strong track record of managing P&L responsibility
• •Demonstrated success leading large and complex teams, including matrix and indirect structures
• •Experience operating within multinational organizations
• •Strong understanding of corporate governance, compliance, and structured processes
• •Advanced business English proficiency (written and spoken)
• •Strong commercial and financial acumen with strategic thinking capability
• •Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
