Hiring Range

• $15.60 - $20.25/Hourly
Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors such as relevant experience, education, credentials, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
• Overview
• Coordinates and executes all transportation needs for residents to include medical appointments, facility outings etc. Assists all departments with transportation needs of residents and/or potential prospects. Responsible for vehicle maintenance and general up keep. Responsible for helping transportation coordinator get vehicles in for maintenance and service calls.

What you will do

• •Demonstrates positive customer service behaviors consistently. Strives to meet/exceed the needs of the facility's customers/residents by demonstrating flexibility and sense of urgency to create a service excellence experience.
• •Responsible for assuring safe practices in accordance with RHS policies and procedures.
• •Responsible for notifying Transportation Coordinator or Director of Resident Services when required vehicle maintenance is needed.
• •Demonstrates the ability to plan transportation routes to decrease vehicle mileage and gas consumption.
• •Completes paper work to ensure that all records are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Responsible for maintaining transportation and maintenance logs for facility vehicles as well as logging residents participation on facility outings.
• •Demonstrates the ability to prioritize and accomplish assignments with accuracy and timeliness (meeting work schedules, work assignments and completed by deadlines, received minimal customer complaints).
• •Maintains positive interactions with fellow team members, residents and visitors. Assists customers with billing inquiries, questions or concerns. Provides follow up in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Education

High School Diploma or GED, (Preferred)

Experience

2 years Experience driving commercial vehicles (Preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

• •Commercial Drivers License (CDL) - DMV Upon Hire(Required)
• •Certified Auto External Defibrillator (AED) - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) Upon Hire(Required)
• •First Aid - American Heart Association/American Red Cross/American Safety and Health Institute (AHA/ARC) Upon Hire(Required)
• •Drives personal vehicle for RHS business 25% or more of the time to perform essential functions of the job
• •Valid Drivers License Required
