Salary : $11 824 / course (including vacation pay).
The Department of Anthropology is inviting applications to teach a course in winter 2027. Please complete the online application form and upload the required documents. Applications will be ranked according to the collective agreement between McGill University and MCLIU. Preference will be given to the qualified applicant with the most priority points. ANTH 308 – Political Anthropology 01
The study of political systems and political processes. Conflict and its resolution. The emphasis of the course will be on local-level politics and non-industrial societies.
- January 5 - April 14, 2027: Wednesday & Friday (4:05 - 5:25 pm)
- Rutherford Physics Building room 118
Teaching Qualification Requirements:
Education : MA required; Priority to holders of Ph.Ds with specialization in relevant areas, or near completion of degree.
Experience : Priority will be given to candidates with relevant field research background and experience in teaching political anthropology
This course will be taught by one instructor in-person.
