The Department of Kinesiology & Physical Education is inviting applications to teach a course in Winter 2027 Please complete the online application form and upload required documents. Salary : $11,824/course

Teaching Qualification Requirements:

• - BSc (or higher) in Kinesiology or comparable field (e.g.: Exercise Science, Exercise Physiology)
• - Accreditation by the Fédération des Kinésiologues du Québec (FKQ)
• - Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology, Clinical Exercise Physiology certification (CSEP-CEP)

Experience :

• - Full time practicing kinesiologist over the past 5 years
• - Previous experience with teaching online exercise classes
• - Previous experience with personal training, specifically with sedentary and general population
• - Previous experience supervising internship students in Kinesiology at the university level

Other Information :

We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for the administration of the course (e.g.: student placement, client recruitment, scheduling), teach students how to design and execute a basic exercise program for either online or in person training, supervise exercise sessions, provide feedback/comments to students and to act as a professional resource during the students’ internship experience.
