Courtyard Boise Downtown - Maintenance Technician

As a Maintenance Technician at Courtyard, you’ll help maintain safe, clean, and functional guest rooms and facilities by performing minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and room inspections with care and attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• •Inspect and flip mattresses, box springs, and assemble bed frames as needed.
• •Perform minor touch-up work on paint and furniture, ensuring all hardware and appliances in rooms are present and functioning properly.
• •Replace light fixtures and change light bulbs.
• •Inspect and repair grout and caulking in bathrooms and other tiled areas.
• •Maintain, repair, and clean guest rooms according to property preventative maintenance guidelines and standards.
• •Complete routine repairs, such as tightening loose toilet seats, patching small wall holes, and addressing other maintenance concerns.
• •Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• •Post-secondary education preferred; trade or technical school a plus
• •1 years of experience in a related maintenance or facilities role preferred but not required
• •Strong attention to detail and a proactive, “fix-it” attitude
• •Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work consistently
• •Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently

Physical Requirements:

• •Must be able to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds
• •Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch for extended periods

Part Time Position Available

Weekends and Holidays required

Pay: $19+ DOE
