Realizar o atendimento dos hóspedes e clientes do hotel, apresentar os apartamentos, tarifas com base em parâmetros preestabelecidos. Atender o cliente, por telefone, prestando informações e esclarecimentos gerais sobre o hotel e seus serviços, seguindo critérios e padrões preestabelecidos. Assegurar o cumprimento integral aos procedimentos da área de Recepção & Front Office, bem como seguir com os processos e procedimentos de “Autocontrole”. Alimentar o sistema com as informações do cliente.  Análise e sugestão para novas estratégias e diferenciais de serviços para os clientes.
