Administrasi Pengolahan Uang

  • Input data uang masuk & keluar (setoran, penarikan, distribusi ATM)
  • Rekonsiliasi jumlah fisik uang dengan data sistem

Pencatatan & Reporting

  • Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan
  • Mendokumentasikan setiap transaksi cash secara detail

Verifikasi & Validasi Data

  • Memastikan keakuratan data transaksi
  • Cross-check antara dokumen, sistem, dan fisik uang

Koordinasi dengan Tim Operasional

  • Berkomunikasi dengan tim kasir, teller, atau tim pengisian ATM
  • Mendukung proses distribusi uang ke ATM atau cabang

Monitoring Cash Flow

  • Memantau pergerakan uang tunai
  • Membantu memastikan tidak terjadi selisih (selisih kas)

Pengelolaan Dokumen

  • Mengarsipkan bukti transaksi (fisik & digital)
  • Menjaga kerapihan dan keamanan dokumen
