1. Administrasi & Data Entry

  • Melakukan input data transaksi cash in/out ke dalam sistem.
  • Mencocokkan data fisik uang dengan laporan sistem (reconciliation).
  • Membuat laporan harian, mingguan, dan bulanan operasional CPC.

2. Kontrol Dokumen & Arsip

  • Mengelola dan mengarsipkan dokumen terkait cash processing.
  • Memastikan kelengkapan dokumen serah terima (BAST, manifest, dll.).
  • Menjaga kerahasiaan dan keamanan dokumen keuangan.

3. Monitoring Saldo & Selisih

  • Melakukan pengecekan dan monitoring saldo vault.
  • Mengidentifikasi dan melaporkan selisih (over/short).
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional terkait temuan discrepancy.

4. Koordinasi Internal & Eksternal

  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim operasional, finance, dan branch.
  • Menindaklanjuti permintaan data dari atasan atau audit.

5. Kepatuhan & Audit

  • Memastikan seluruh proses sesuai SOP dan standar keamanan.
  • Mendukung proses audit internal maupun eksternal.
  • Menjaga integritas dan akurasi data.
