YOUR ROLE

• Support CPE (Customer Premises Equipment) testing activities, including validation of routers, ONTs, Wi‑Fi devices and IPTV/VoIP services. Execute test plans, document results, analyse issues and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
• Execute functional, integration and regression tests on CPE devices (Routers, ONTs, STBs, Mesh).
• Validate firmware releases, configurations and new customer features.
• Configure and maintain lab environments for broadband, Wi‑Fi, IPTV and VoIP testing.
• Perform troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis using logs and network tools.
• Document test results, defects and provide reporting to remote teams.
• Work closely with engineering teams for issue resolution.

YOUR PROFILE

• Must‑Have Skills
• 1–3 years experience in QA, testing, or technical support roles.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DHCP, NAT, Wi‑Fi, VLANs).
• Basic understanding of FTTH/GPON services.
• Experience working with CPE devices (routers, access points, STBs).
• Ability to execute test cases and raise defects clearly.
• English fluency (spoken & written), French is a nice to have.
• Availability work in Lisbon office.

• Nice‑to‑Have Skills
• Experience with Wireshark, iperf or similar test tools.
• Knowledge of IPTV and VoIP technologies.
• Familiarity with JIRA/Xray or other test management platforms.
• Basic Linux CLI skills.
• Previous telco lab experience.
