As a Creative Manager, you will lead creative strategy and production across a diverse portfolio of federal government clients and communications projects. This is a hands-on leadership role combining creative direction, team management, and direct content creation across multiple media formats. You will guide a multidisciplinary team of designers, multimedia specialists, and social media professionals while ensuring high-quality creative execution. From developing campaign concepts to producing videos, graphics, presentations, and digital content, you will play a central role in bringing complex ideas to life. You will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver engaging, accessible, and audience-focused communications.
