Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and instinct-driven Creative Producer to lead the development and execution of high-impact microdrama content at Storizz. This role demands a deep understanding of bingeable storytelling mechanics, such as a hook in the first 5 seconds, escalation every minute, and a payoff that drives binge behavior.

The ideal candidate blends creative excellence with data awareness and understands how to

build content engineered for retention, repeat viewing, and virality. Prior experience in long-form storytelling (web series/films/TV) is important.

Key Responsibilities

Script & Creative Development

● Review, develop, and refine scripts for microdrama projects

● Provide clear, creative feedback to writers and internal teams

● Ensure strong hooks, pacing, and emotional engagement

● Maintain alignment with brand tone and audience preferences

Content & Production Oversight

● Identify and commission compelling story ideas

● Work closely with directors, writers, and production teams

● Oversee casting inputs and creative execution

● Monitor quality from the script stage to the final delivery

Strategy & Performance

● Analyze content performance and audience behavior

● Develop new concepts based on data insights and market trends

● Contribute to the overall content strategy for the platform

Experience & Skills

● 4–6 years of experience in content development, writing, or creative production

● Strong experience in short-form/microdrama content

● Mandatory experience in long-form storytelling (web series/films/TV)

● Strong screenplay evaluation and editing skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
