ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced Creator Talent Manager to join our growing FC Mobile in-house team.

FC Mobile is building a dedicated network of football content creators to fuel the platform's content pipeline.

As our first Creator Talent Manager, you'll own the recruitment, onboarding, and coordination of a roster of 20-30 creators spanning football's biggest leagues and its lesser-known corners.

This is a founding role: you'll be building the systems - sourcing pipeline, tiering logic, scheduling and tracking processes - as you build the roster itself.

You won't own editorial direction - our producers handle that - but you're the reason the right creators have access to a 50 million subscriber network for their content.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Recruit and build the network

Source and evaluate football content creators across professional leagues (Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and beyond), using research to identify strong fits even in leagues or regions you don't know cold

Assess creators for reach, engagement quality, and fit with FC Mobile's audience and tone

Negotiate deals within tiered budget brackets set by the Executive Producer.

Coordinate and operate the roster

Manage scheduling and logistics for a roster of 20-30 creators producing content on an ongoing basis

Track deliverables, deadlines, and performance across the roster

Act as the primary point of contact for creators - onboarding, briefing logistics (in coordination with producers on editorial specifics), and day-to-day support

Build and maintain the tools and processes (trackers, templates, outreach systems) needed to manage a growing roster efficiently

Grow talent, not just headcount

Identify creators with standout potential and invest additional attention in their development

Support a longer-term vision of FC Mobile becoming a platform that creators actively seek out to grow their following

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Strong research instincts – you’re comfortable getting to know unfamiliar creators, leagues, and regional scenes to assess quality and fit

A genuine interest in football and the creator/content world; existing knowledge of football culture and creator ecosystems is a strong plus

Experience in creator/talent recruitment, partnerships, or influencer management

Comfort negotiating within defined parameters and knowing when to escalate

Strong organizational skills - you'll be tracking dozens of moving relationships at once

Ability to build process a from scratch; this is a first hire with no existing playbook to inherit. It’s yours to own!

Ability to ensure that all implemented systems comply with Whisper’s editorial, technical, design and accessibility standards, whilst always working to the company’s editorial guidelines and Health and Safety policy.

Please note that responsibilities may be amended, added to, or removed to reflect the changing needs of the production or organisation.

What Success Looks Like

A consistent roster of creators actively producing content for FC Mobile at a high standard

Reliable scheduling, tracking, and onboarding systems in place

Early signal on which creators have real growth potential, with a plan for how the platform invests in them
