This position offers the opportunity to build on your existing Credit Underwriting experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• •Review, approve or recommend credit of new applications within established policy and authority limits.
• •Communicate credit decisions or requests for additional information effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
• •Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
• •Assist in building and maintain relationships with our partners.
• •Help maintain a high-quality credit risk management environment using established credit guidelines.
• •Use credit tools like PayNet, Dun & Bradstreet, Consumer Credit Reports, etc., in the credit decision process.
• •Identify, analyze, and monitor delinquent or high-risk accounts and prepare regular report updates of findings to management.
• •Participate in internal and external training as required.
• •Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• •2 years' experience of progressive commercial credit adjudication, with excellent analytical ability.
• •Working knowledge of commercial lending regulations.
• •Knowledge of financial statements, cash flow analysis, industry/market research.
• •Knowledge of equipment finance products and documentation.
• •Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• •Excellent problem-solving capability.
• •Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products.

Preferred

• •Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
• •Equipment Leasing and Finance experience.
• •In or near Ann Arbor, MI
