Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Credit Analyst to join our team. If you enjoy analytical work, clear communication, and organized follow-through, bring your experience to a role that supports informed credit decisions and accurate customer accounts.

About the Role

You will support Accounts Receivable (AR), helping balance customer credit needs with financial risk and compliance requirements.

What You’ll Do

• •Evaluate and determine creditworthiness for new and existing customers
• •Communicate credit decisions and concerns to internal teams and customers
• •Review credit requests for extended show terms
• •Update customer terms, credit limits, and supporting account documentation
• •Contact customers to obtain resale and tax exemption certificates and help increase tax compliance rates
• •Monitor Keystone Automotive Operations (KAO) tax issues and coordinate follow-up with internal and external customers
• •Assist with audits and tax compliance activities
• •Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• •Associate degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance
• •3+ years of experience

Preferred Skills

• •Experience with Microsoft Office
• •Experience using AS400 and/or Oracle software
