Description

Responsible for supporting the bank’s Collection and Credit Administration groups, with majority focus on the retail credit portfolio, customer contact and reporting.

Requirements

Job Responsibilities

1. Act as primary contact for delinquent consumer loan relationships

2. Reduce risk profile of our consumer loan portfolio

3. Support Credit / Collection Team

4. Other Duties as Assigned.

Competencies Required

1. Customer Relations : ability to professionally interact with external and internal clients

? Shown ability to discuss with customers any issues that exist with their retail loan account regardless of the situation

? Ability to use multiple avenues in order to communicate with clients

2. Problem Solving : the ability to handle difficult or unexpected situations in the workplace as well as complex business challenges

? Maintaining the Bank’s assets by following compliance regulations and the requirements of third parties such as FHLMC (FreddieMac) and FHLBI.

? Finding win-win solutions, when at all possible, in working with TFB clients

3. Teamwork & Cooperation: works well with others during conversations, projects, meetings or other collaborations

? Accept responsibility for the performance of the team

? Communicate in a clear, personable, professional manner

? Maintain an awareness of team dynamics and act to improve the team’s performance
