  • Partner with Sales and Credit teams on customer credit strategies, support projects and automation initiatives, and back up your Credit Services colleagues

About you

  • Extensive B2B credit risk management experience, including working with Sales and Finance stakeholders and implementing process and systems improvements
  • Proficiency in SAP/M3 and a strong understanding of trade credit insurance processes and compliance
  • Knowledge of Australian entity types (including trusts, trustees and trust deeds), insolvency types, and credit bureau tools
  • Data analysis and reporting skills, with Excel and Power BI preferred, plus familiarity with financial systems and API integration concepts
  • Sharp attention to detail, the ability to juggle priorities and meet deadlines, and a problem-solving mindset
