Overview:

As a Crew Chief, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys in diverse environments. You will utilize state-of-the-art equipment, robotic surveying equipment, and a cell phone equipped with specialized apps for data collection and communication with the office.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Perform new home construction staking.
• •Survey smaller residential sites.
• •Complete topographic survey work.
• •Complete as-built survey work.
• •Operate robotic surveying equipment.
• •Must have robotic experience.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• •High school graduate/GED required.
• •Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
• •Proficiency in operating robotic surveying equipment and GPS technology preferred.
• •Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret surveying data accurately.
• •Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
• •Ability to work independently.
• •Residential construction experience is highly preferred.
• •Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• •Commitment to upholding ethical standards and legal regulations governing land surveying practices.
