Crew Member

Description

We are seeking a dependable Crew Member – Maintenance to perform landscape maintenance on commercial or residential properties. This includes mowing, edging, pruning, weeding, fertilizing, and general clean-up. No experience required training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• •Perform landscape tasks: mowing, blowing, edging, weeding, pruning, fertilizing
• •Maintain clean, safe work areas across public and commercial sites
• •Operate hand tools and power equipment properly and safely
• •Load/unload equipment and assist with end-of-day clean-up
• •Report any customer concerns or equipment issues to the supervisor
• •Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Reliable transportation
• •Landscaping experience helpful but not required
• •Valid driver’s license a plus, not required
• •Able to lift/move 10–50 lbs. and work outdoors in all weather conditions
• •Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful
• •Flexibility with hours slightly varying, Monday–Friday 7–4, or occasional weekends
