Crew Member

We are looking for Crew Members to join our team at our Kirkland Location!

We are looking for outgoing and welcoming individuals who can work in a fast-paced environment, work under pressure and work well with a team . Must be adaptable and flexible. Most importantly, we need people who are WILLING to do what it takes to cultivate and maintain a positive work environment. If you enjoy working with people and have a genuine care and interest to help others, then we'd love to talk to you.

Duties & Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to):

Work as a team and support/help team members out (Team Player!)

Contribute to work culture positively

Provide excellent customer service at all points of interactions with customers

Greet and welcome customers

Take orders from customers efficiently and accurately

Handles cash accurately

Prep and pour bubble tea drinks

Make and blend bubble tea drinks

Maintain a clean work environment which includes deep cleaning, picking up trash, taking out trash & recycling

Restock work supplies and ingredients

Maintain clean and organized lobby

Prepare food orders

Complete tasks assigned in timely manner

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs*

Weekend availability required*
