デイリーのレポーティング先はブルネロ クチネリ ジャパンの社長兼CEO。

実質的にはCRMグローバルヘッド（イタリア本社）へも必要に応じてレポーティングを行います。

東京に拠点を置き、グローバルCRMコミュニティとは頻繁なコミュニケーションが行っていただきます。

Reporting to the President and CEO of Brunello Cucinelli Japan and functionally reporting to the Global Head of CRM, the CRM Manager will be based in Tokyo and have frequent contacts with the Global CRM Community.

主な任務：

ブルネロ クチネリ社のフィロソフィーを理解し、お客様を第一に考えた活動を企画・展開することで、日本のブティックにCRMカルチャーを広める役割を担っていただきます。

グローバルCRMチームと連携し、ベストプラクティス、ローカル習慣、アナリティクスのニーズを共有。CRMグローバルガイドライン策定に積極的に参加し、ローカルニーズをカバーしていることを確認していただきます。

ガイドラインを共有し、店舗スタッフへのトレーニングと完全なサポートを行い、分析とレポートを本社へ共有し、戦略調整と進化のために結果を常にモニターしていただきます。

顧客データ収集とデータの質を向上させ、新規顧客を獲得し、既存顧客を活性化するためのアクションを積極的に提案し、実行していただきます。オムニチャネル顧客接点戦略の推進やEコマース顧客も巻き込んだイベントや顧客開拓活動のターゲット作成。現地のCRM予算とすべての顧客ケアやイニシアチブを管理していただきます。

Role Responsibilities:

Spread the CRM culture within the Japanese boutiques putting customers first in each and every activity planned and launched embracing the Brunello Cucinelli’s philosophy.

Liaise with the Global CRM team to share best practices, local habits, analytics needs and actively participate to the CRM global guidelines definition to make sure they cover local needs.

Share guidelines, provide training and full support to the stores staff, share analysis and reports, constantly monitor results for strategy adjustment and evolution.

Proactively suggest and implement actions to improve customer data collection and data quality, acquire new clients and develop the existing ones.

Drive the omnichannel clients contact strategy starting from the local customer base understanding and local opportunities. Create targets for events and clienteling activities, also involving e-commerce clients.

Manage the local CRM budget and all the customer care initiatives.

Qualifications:

• •5+ Years of experience in a similar position within international customer oriented companies, better if within the luxury / hospitality business
• •Distinctive relational skills
• •Strong digital competencies
• •Ability to communicate results / customers’ insight at store level facilitating action plans definition
• •Knowledge of data analysis tools and CRM systems, Salesforce knowledge will be a plus
