Für ein international tätiges Unternehmen suchen wir einen CRM Support Trainer Field Service, der Anwender betreut, Schulungen durchführt und die Weiterentwicklung eines Field-Service-Systems aktiv unterstützt.

In dieser Rolle arbeiten Sie eng mit Fachbereichen, IT und Service-Teams zusammen. Der Field Service CRM Support Spezialist stellt sicher, dass Systeme effizient genutzt werden, Datenqualität gewährleistet ist und Anwender optimal unterstützt werden.

# Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet:

  • Durchführung von Schulungen für neue Anwender als CRM Support Trainer Field Service
  • Organisation und Durchführung von Auffrischungstrainings
  • Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Schulungsunterlagen
  • Einrichtung neuer Benutzer sowie Betreuung von Offboarding-Prozessen
  • Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft als Field Service CRM Support Spezialist
  • Erstellung und Verwaltung von Arbeitsaufträgen für Systemanpassungen
  • Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Sicherstellung der Datenqualität (KPIs, Reports, Bereinigungen)
  • Analyse von Systemdaten sowie Nachverfolgung von Abweichungen
  • Bearbeitung von Fehlermeldungen und Unterstützung der Anwender im System
  • Pflege von Stammdaten (z. B. Preislisten, Kalender, Systemparameter)
  • Verwaltung der Kommunikation im Field-Service-Umfeld
  • Unterstützung bei Systemweiterentwicklungen (z. B. Tests, Rollouts, Schulungen)
  • Erstellung und Auswertung von Reports

# Ihr Profil für die Stelle CRM Support & Trainer Field Service (m/w/d):

  • Erfahrung im Bereich CRM-Systeme oder IT-Support, idealerweise als CRM Support Trainer Field Service
  • Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics oder vergleichbaren Systemen von Vorteil
  • Starke IT-Affinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Daten, Reports und Systemprozessen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (zwingend erforderlich)
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Freude an Schulungen und Anwenderbetreuung
  • Selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
