CRNA - Southwest Medical Center - Lawton, OK | No Call, Elective Case, $350,000 and $20k Sign-On!

Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a team-orientated CRNA to join our growing team at Southwest Medical Center in Lawton, Oklahoma . This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a newly integrated two-hospital system under Comanche County Memorial Hospital , offering strong clinical collaboration, stability, and autonomy across both sites.

Position Highlights:

$350,000 annually (1099) for a Non-Call spot

8 Weeks Off

$20,000 Sign-On Bonus!

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 0700–1500

Team Model: CRNA-only, 2 providers on-site daily

Cases: all elective cases! Mainly GI and Dental Peds, with very occasional Peds ENT case.

Out of grid compensation

Qualifications:

Board Certified

Eligible for Oklahoma licensure

Comfortable practicing independently in a team-based environment
