Description

The Crude Oil Driver will perform a variety of routine and complex transportation work in driving and coordinating transportation plans.

Responsibilities:

· Participate in pre-trip preparations of vehicle

· Ensure proper equipment is loaded on vehicle prior to leaving the yard

· Fill out Log Book

· Coordinate with dispatch office for job assignments, maps, special instructions, etc…

· Drive crude truck

· Conduct JSA before entering job site and plan entry route

· Operate pump

· Prepare post trip for any damaged equipment

· Load hoses on and off of truck

· Complete logs, Job Safety Analysis, vehicle inspection reports, way bills, BBS cards, fuel reports

· Employees in this position are considered confidential, maintaining the utmost confidentiality in dealing with business information

· Report all incidents or unsafe actions and/or worksites to supervisors

· Must complete jobs in order and notify supervisor or dispatcher of any uncompleted jobs

Requirements

Valid CDL Driver License

Hazmat Endorsement
