Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field or equivalent working and thinking level and experience. Basic understanding of SAP/CAM/SMS systems and logistic processes is required.
Responsibilities
- Problem analysis and escalation
- Identifies issues and solves basic problems under close supervision.
- Materials Coordination & Tool Tracking
- Supports tracking and coordination of materials & tools for assigned tasks. Communicates shortages and ensures materials are staged per daily work plans.
- Operational Governance
- Supports service order tracking, time writing, and tracking tool calibration. Assists with timely closure (TECO) and follow up of open or aging orders.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Generates standardized reports and assists in data collection. Updates administrative records related to logistics, tool calibration and service order status.
- Stakeholder Management
- Communicates with internal teams and supports stakeholder needs providing relevant and necessary information to the Project Lead for broader distribution.
- Process Optimization (CI)
- Signals gaps for improvement opportunities and reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Knowledge Sharing & Training
- Shares own findings and WoW with local peers while building basic knowledge of projects.
