Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• •Clean and maintain casino floors, restrooms, lobbies, entrances, hallways, elevators, and other public areas.
• •Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish assigned areas.
• •Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• •Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenishing supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
• •Respond promptly to spills, safety hazards, and guest service requests.
• •Maintain cleanliness of gaming areas while minimizing disruption to guests.
• •Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns to management.
• •Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• •Follow all company policies, departmental procedures, and safety guidelines.
• •Provide courteous and professional service to guests and team members at all times.
• •Assist with special cleaning projects and deep cleaning assignments as needed.

Qualifications:

• •Previous housekeeping, custodial, or cleaning experience preferred.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• •Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
• •Must be able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• •Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, and reaching.
• •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• •Ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
