The Custodian is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, and overall appearance of the corporate office building. This role ensures a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, and visitors by performing routine cleaning and light maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, conference rooms, and common areas.
• •Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust offices, hallways, and public spaces.
• •Empty and dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with building policies.
• •Replenish supplies such as paper towels, soap, and restroom products.
• •Clean windows, glass doors, and other surfaces as needed.
• •Respond promptly to cleaning and maintenance requests from staff or management.
• •Ensure floors, entryways, and high-traffic areas are kept safe.

Qualifications:

• •High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• •Previous custodial or janitorial experience in an office or commercial building setting preferred.
• •Knowledge of cleaning techniques, materials, and equipment.
• •Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality service.
• •Ability to lift to 30 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.

Work Schedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr.
