We're currently seeking a passionate and skilled Custodian to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering high-quality, engineered solutions to our customers worldwide. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and safety throughout the manufacturing facility, including production areas, offices, break rooms, warehouses, locker rooms, and restrooms. This role helps ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and good manufacturing practices (GMP) where applicable.

Responsibilities

• •Clean and sanitize production support areas, offices, restrooms, locker rooms, cafeterias, and common spaces.
• •Sweep, mop, scrub, and vacuum floors using manual and powered cleaning equipment.
• •Empty trash, recycling, and designated waste containers according to facility procedures.
• •Clean windows, walls, doors, and other building surfaces.
• •Replenish restroom and facility supplies, including soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.
• •Respond promptly to spills and sanitation issues.

Requirements

• •High school diploma or GED preferred.
• •Previous custodial, janitorial, manufacturing, or warehouse experience preferred.
• •Knowledge of industrial cleaning methods and equipment is a plus.
• •Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• •Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• •Frequent bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• •Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• •Ability to work in a manufacturing environment
• •Ability to speak English

This position is at our East Hanover, NJ location.

Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour
