- Mops, cleans and disinfects restroom facilities within county, including walls, floors, doors and fixtures.
- Removes trash from waste containers and replaces liners in containers.
- Restocks supplies in restrooms.
- Cleans windows and glass surfaces.
- Sweeps, strips, and waxes floors.
- Dusts exposed areas on office furnishings and fixtures.
- Vacuums, cleans and maintains floor coverings and upholstered furniture.
- Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers.
MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS :
- Less than High School Diploma/GED.
- 6 months job related experience.
- Knowledgeable in cleaning process and ability to complete tasks in assigned time.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
STARTING SALARY: $16.00 per hour, Up to 29 hours per week
DATE AVAILABLE: October 1, 2026
CLOSING DATE: Upon filling position
