Custom Software Engineer Analyst

We are looking for a Pega Developer to join our Software & Platform Engineering team, contributing to the design, development, and implementation of business process management and workflow automation solutions using the Pega platform. This role is associated with a Software Engineering Analyst position within our Low-Code practice.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the Pega Platform.
• •Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• •Configure workflows, case management processes, business rules, and integrations with enterprise applications.
• •Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• •Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize application performance.
• •Ensure adherence to development standards, quality guidelines, and security best practices.
• •Work in Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.

Basic Qualifications

• •Experience working with Pega Platform development.
• •Understanding of BPM, workflow automation, and case management concepts.
• •Experience integrating applications through REST and SOAP services.
• •Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• •Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• •Professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Pega certifications such as CSA or CSSA.
• •Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• •Knowledge of cloud technologies and modern application architectures.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •Experience delivering enterprise-scale digital transformation projects.
