• In the role of ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework for custom software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The role includes setting standards for code quality, scalability, and system performance while coordinating efforts across multiple teams to deliver robust and efficient software solutions that align with business needs.

• - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• - Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
• - Experience in managing and optimizing IT service workflows and processes using ServiceNow ITSM modules.
• - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
• - Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• - Skilled in performance tuning and ensuring high availability of ITSM applications.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM).
• - This position is based at our Pune office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
