• As a Custom Software Engineering Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical direction and architectural design of custom software solutions. This role requires guiding teams through the entire development lifecycle, from initial design concepts to final delivery. The position focuses on establishing development standards and ensuring that the software produced meets expectations for quality, scalability, and performance. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align technical efforts with business goals is a key aspect of daily activities, along with continuous evaluation and improvement of engineering practices to support project success.

• - Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance software quality and efficiency.

• - Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project objectives and timely delivery.

• Professional & Technical Skills:
• - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine, Custom Apps.
• - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures within the ServiceNow platform.
• - Strong knowledge of application lifecycle management and agile development methodologies.
• - Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• - Familiarity with integration techniques and API development on the ServiceNow platform.
• - Skilled in performance optimization and ensuring high availability of custom applications.

• Additional Information:
• - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
• - This position is based at our Pune office.
• - A 15 years full time education is required.
