Position Summary

Level: Consultant Technical Transformation or equivalent

As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

• •Owns complex deliverables independently, ensuring quality and timelines and Exhibits interest in working across tracks/outside of core skills
• •Consistently demonstrates SME skills within their area of expertise and proactively identifies potential risks and come up with mitigation plans - Performs solution reviews and/or process/code reviews effectively & independently

In doing so, we transform our clients’ marketing and engagement operations into modern, data-driven, creatively focused organizations. Our team brings deep experience in creative and digital marketing capabilities by a combination of key focus areas i.e, Brand, Advertising, Experiences, Content, Marketing, Commerce, Products, Data and measurement/analysis.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• •Design, configure, and implement solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud or MCE+, including journeys, automations, audience segmentation, triggered communications, and campaign orchestration.
• •Develop using AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and Marketing Cloud scripting/framework capabilities.
• •Build and support integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven patterns, and external data sources.
• •Support Data Cloud use cases such as audience unification, segmentation, activation, and data model alignment.
• •Contribute to solution design workshops, requirement analysis, technical documentation, SIT/UAT support, and defect resolution.
• •Work closely with client stakeholders, cross-functional Deloitte teams, and offshore/onshore delivery teams.
• •Independently delivers assigned modules/workstreams with limited oversight.
• •Produces high-quality configuration, code, testing, and documentation.
• •Contributes to solution design, estimates, and problem-solving and does not just execute tickets.

Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• •Experience on Salesforce Data Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Next/Advanced would be preferred.
• •Good understanding of data modelling concepts.
• •Good knowledge on complex SQL, API handling.
• •Experience integrating Marketing Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or external CDP/data platforms.
• •Good understanding on the marketing concepts and overall flow in marketing automation space
• •Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Developer or Marketing Cloud Consultant

Education:

BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
