Customer Care Representative (m,f) German: Payment Services (remote after training period)

Position: Customer Care Consultant

Location: hybrid/remote possible after training period on-site Bucharest, Romania (performance dependant)

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses

Start: 19.10.26

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• •Handle inbound customer requests via phone and email
• •Support clients with account-related enquiries, transactions, balances and service usage
• •Investigate and resolve operational and customer-related issues
• •Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions within agreed service standards
• •Maintain accurate customer and case documentation in internal systems
• •Work with multiple internal systems and tools to manage customer requests
• •Collaborate with internal departments to support effective resolution of complex cases
• •Ensure professional and customer-focused communication throughout each interaction
• •Work in line with SLA, quality and operational requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

• •German language proficiency at C1/C2 level + English C1 level
• •Previous customer service experience is preferred
• •Strong verbal and written communication skills
• •Good problem-solving and analytical abilities
• •Comfortable working with multiple systems and tools
• •Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• •CRM experience is considered an advantage
• •Ability to work effectively in a dynamic international environment
• •Legal right to work in Romania
• •Preferably based in Bucharest or willing to relocate.
