Customer Engineer, Mechanical

A Day in Your Life at MKS:

As an Customer Engineer, Mechanical at Equipment plant, you will partner with Sales/Customers/Production/Quality etc. to design the line for customer order. In this role, you will report to the Mgr, Systems Design Engineering .

• You Will Make an Impact By:
• •Create 3D/2D and BOM for each customer order
• •Follow the production and support if necessary
• •Keep collecting feedback from other department and keep optimizing standard design
• •Create and maintain design document, like installation manual, inspection manual, user manual, spare part list
• •Follow HSE rule

• Skills You Bring:
• •Requires a Bachelor of Science in Engineering degree or equivalent experience in mechanical and system design
• •At least 2 Years of job-related work experience
• •Familiar with 3D drawing tool. Invertor will be preferred.
• •Familiar with Microsoft office software, like word, excel, etc.
• •Be able to read and write in English. And also for listening.

• Preferred Skills:
• •Be able to speak English and can finish basic work communication
• •Familiar with SAP
• •Familiar with DFMEA, tolerance analysis
