Key responsibilities include:

  • Building and managing a pipeline of customer and partner engagement opportunities.
  • Collaborating with account teams to identify customer priorities, business challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Designing tailored customer briefing experiences that connect customer objectives with technical expertise and innovation.

You may be a strong fit if you have:

  • Experience in customer engagement, customer marketing, consulting, executive briefing programs, customer success, or related fields.
  • A proven ability to work across multiple stakeholders and influence without direct authority.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to build credibility at all levels.
  • Experience understanding customer business challenges and translating them into meaningful engagement experiences.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • The ability to coordinate complex initiatives involving multiple teams and competing priorities.
  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and presenting customer feedback and business insights.
  • A proactive, self-starting mindset and a passion for creating new programs and processes.
  • The confidence to operate independently while building a function from an early stage.

Nice To Have

  • Experience in technology consulting, enterprise technology, customer advocacy, executive briefing centers, or experience center environments.
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping, customer insights, or experience management programs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, cloud, networking, storage, or related technologies.
  • Experience creating measurement frameworks and reporting business impact.

  • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and engineering leaders.
  • Influence future product direction through customer insights and feedback.
