Your Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Developer – 6 to 15 Years to design, implement, and optimize cross‑channel customer journey measurement solutions. You will work with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and related analytics tools , partnering with data, product, and marketing teams to deliver actionable insights and measurable customer experiences.

Your Profile

• •Design, build, and maintain data connections, schemas, and datasets within Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to enable accurate, cross‑channel journey insights.
• •Implement and manage analytics tagging, instrumentation, and custom data collection using Adobe Launch (or equivalent TMS), Adobe Analytics, and AEP .
• •Develop customer journey dashboards, visualizations, calculated metrics, and stitched customer profiles across digital and offline touchpoints.
• •Work closely with product managers, marketers, UX, and data engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable analytics and measurement solutions.
• •Troubleshoot tracking and data discrepancies, validate implementations, and ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are met.
• •Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and drive data‑driven decision‑making.
